Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: February 27, 2026

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Veluce's network identity endpoints and related services. By using Veluce, you agree to comply with this policy. Veluce is designed to provide stable, low-risk network identities for top-tier AI professionals and enterprise teams. It must not be abused or used for malicious purposes.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use, or encourage others to use, Veluce in the following ways:

  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Fraud and Deception: Engaging in phishing, carding, identity theft, financial fraud, or impersonation of individuals or entities.
  • Automated Attacks: Conducting credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, DDoS attacks, or vulnerability scanning against third-party platforms.
  • Malicious Scraping: Scraping or data harvesting at a volume that degrades the performance of third-party platforms or bypasses rate limits in an abusive manner.
  • Spam and Phishing: Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), malware distribution, or operating botnets.
  • Platform Abuse: Violating the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe) in ways that cause our IP addresses to be blacklisted or expose Veluce to liability.
  • Reselling: Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your Veluce account, subscription link, or endpoint access to unauthorized third parties.

3. Enforcement and Suspension

Veluce utilizes automated risk scoring and IP reputation monitoring (including Scamalytics) to detect abuse. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred, we may take immediate action, including but not limited to:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
  • Cancellation of any active subscriptions without refund.
  • Reporting malicious activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies or affected third parties.

4. AI Platform Guidelines

While Veluce provides high-quality residential IPs to minimize unwarranted bans (backed by our AI Shield Guarantee), you are still expected to interact with AI platforms responsibly. Using Veluce to engage in model distillation, API abuse, or automated mass requests that violate the AI platform's rules constitutes a violation of this AUP and voids the AI Shield Guarantee.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you suspect that a Veluce IP address is being used for abusive or malicious activity, please report it immediately to legal@veluce.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
